- Duration – 3 years
- Eligibility – Candidates with a 12th-grade degree with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
Commerce programs at SPU -
- M.Com
- Duration – 2 years
- Eligibility – Candidates must have a B.Com/BBA/BA in Economics with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
- The Lateral Entry B.Pharm course is a three-year undergraduate program for students who have completed a Diploma in Pharmacy. This course for those students who want to directly jump into the 2nd year of the B.Pharm course.
- The B.Pharm Lateral Entry covers advanced pharmaceutical sciences, including pharmacology, pharmaceutics, medicinal chemistry, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacognosy, building on prior Diploma knowledge to deepen expertise.

The university has set eligibility criteria for admission to the Lateral Entry B.Pharm course. The candidates must fulfil the eligibility to be eligible for admission. They must have passed D.Pharma with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
B.Pharm Lateral Entry admission has a set process which students need to follow. To enrol in the course, applicants must adhere to the following procedures. The admissions procedure is as follows –
Application process –
Online – Applicants must visit the official SPU website, fill out the admissions form, upload the necessary documents, and pay the application cost online.
Offline – Applicants must pick up the application on campus, complete it, and send it by registered post or courier together with Xerox copies of the necessary documents and the application fee DD.
Note – Without payment of the application fee, the application will not be accepted.
Admission process –
B.Pharm Lateral Entry admission is based on the results of the qualifying exam (10+2). After the application forms are received, SPU examines them and selects the applicants. The selected applicants receive letters of admission and are placed on a merit list. The applicant who receives the admission letter needs to complete the joining process and pay the necessary fee to guarantee a position for B.Pharm admission at SPU Lateral Entry.
