Industrial Collaboration

Industrial collaboration is one of the major components of academics that further favour the University in its overall prominence and branding of its degree programs. Here, SPU having collaboration with different companies, hospitals, trusts, and NGOs, bridges the gap between demand and supply of efficient manpower to the corporate sector.

All the policies and guidelines of industrial collaboration are regulated by SPU’s Industrial Collaboration cell that works on designing the framework of how the University will collaborate with different companies to have mutual benefits. The main objective of the cell is to prosper research work by its students and faculty members and to offer the best placement opportunities to its scholars at the international level.

The university-industry collaboration includes a two-way flow of ideas: where Industry looks at the University to develop manpower as per its corporate modules and the market demanded courses whereas, the University is gaze at industries for placement and uplifting the research work. Industrial collaboration is an exchange of ideas between corporate leaders and academicians.

The University-industry collaboration aims to facilitate to convey expertise and research findings via innovative projects undertaken jointly by faculty members and their business partners from the industry. This collaboration also provides industrial-based training programs to enhance the practical knowledge, business skills, and employability of the scholars.
